The University of Plymouth Archery Club (formed in 1986) is the University of Plymouth Student Union's Archery Club. It is a target archery club and is affiliated to the Grand National Archery Society (GNAS). Annual club membership is £25.00, which includes:

4 week beginner's course (1st year of shooting only), at the start of each academic year. All new members must attend this. However, the instructors may make exceptions for experienced individuals after watching them shoot.
use of club equipment. A range of club equipment is available for members to use (during the beginner's course and during normal club shoots). This range includes very light power bows; you do not have to be strong to shoot.
two shoots per week (Fri 18:30-21:30, and Sun 11:30-14:30) at Lipson Community College

opportunity to compete in local and national competitions
